فالاستثمار في الساحل الليبي مشروع وطني يجب العمل عليه وذلك لتحقيق هدفين رئيسين هما زيادة الدخل القومي وأيضاً التعريف بالحضارات التي قامت وازدهرت فوق الأرض الليبية، وهذا الأمر لن يكون باحتكار الساحل الليبي من قبل افراد أو شركات ، تعمل على استغلال حق عام للوصول إلى مصالح خاصة .. ولكن يكون بتخطيط ودراسات تعمل على الاستفادة القصوى من الساحل الليبي، وكذلك بما يحتويه من آثار لحضارات سابقة .. واستثمار كل ذلك لصالح الدولة الليبية، وفتح المجال أمام الشركات العالمية المتقدمة في مجال الاهتمام بالآثار وأيضاً في مجال تنمية وتطوير السواحل من خلال بناء وتجهيز المنتجعات والقرى السياحية، ومن خلال خطة إعلامية محكمة تهدف إلى التعريف بجمال ليبيا وعراقتها
